What is Psychotherapy ?

 Psychotherapy helps people live a healthier, happier and more productive life by identifying, challenging and changing possible maladaptive thoughts and behavioural patterns. This process allows individuals to express themselves freely within a confidential, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Through the use of  integrative psychotherapy, I tailor different therapeutic techniques depending on the individuals' needs and goals.
